How to be a visionary leader?( in three simple steps yo.)

Are you tired of plain old boring leadership? Where’s the pizzazz? The flare? The fireworks? Well, have no fear, because visionary leadership is here! This style of leadership isn’t just about getting things done, it’s about creating a vision of the future and making that vision a reality. And let me tell you, that vision is going to be so epic, people will be talking about it for decades. As a visionary leader, you get to channel your inner futurist and think about all the cool things that are yet to come. No more being stuck in the present, it’s time to think big! And let’s not forget the amazing motivational skills that come with visionary leadership. You’ll have people flocking to work with you, all because they want to be a part of your epic vision. So, if you’re ready to take your leadership style to the next level, ditch the “blah” and join the visionary team. Trust us, it’s going to be out of this world!

If you’re looking to become a top-notch leader, sit tight and get ready for your three-step guide to success. Step one: develop that vision, baby. You gotta know where you’re headed before you can get there. It’s like trying to hit a bullseye blindfolded, am I right? Step two: articulate that vision, and no, that doesn’t mean just blabbering on about it. You gotta find that perfect balance between passion and professionalism. And finally, step three: turn that vision into reality. This is where the magic happens, folks. Get those stars aligned and make that dream a reality. So there you have it, visionaries. Follow these three steps and you’ll be a leader worth following in no time.

Step one: Envision.

Unsuccessful leaders focus on survival. Average leader focus on maintenance. Successful leaders focus on conquering new heights. They ask two important questions. What is your vision for the company? What is your vision for the team?

Be curious, be a dreamer, (okay you can play the John Lennon’s Imagine for inspiration here) Think about possibilities and not just probabilities, Kill assumptions. Engage with the future and your team, and carve out the best vision for your team.

Step two: communicate your vision.

Step two of being a visionary is like broadcasting your favorite TV show, you can’t just keep it to yourself. You’ve got to communicate that sucker to the world! Just having a great vision locked inside your noggin ain’t gonna cut it. Your vision statement has gotta be shouted from the rooftops, plastered on walls, and tattooed on everyone’s forehead. Okay, maybe not the last one, but you get the point. If you don’t communicate your vision properly, it’s gonna collect more dust than a vacuum cleaner factory. And nobody wants to work for a company that’s covered in dust bunnies. So, grab that megaphone and let’s get to shouting! Your employees will thank you for it later.

Step Three: Turn your vision into a reality.

Alright my fellow visionaries, we’ve made it to step three – turning that wild dream of yours into a tangible reality. It’s time for you to channel your inner orchestra conductor and gather the best instruments and talents out there to make some beautiful music together. But let’s be real, you can’t do it alone. You’re gonna need the help of some people, systems, processes, and resources to bring that vision to life. So go on and gather your squad of passionate and committed individuals to make some magic happen. And hey, if all else fails, just throw some glitter on it – that seems to work for me every time.
